(a) You agree to pay the purchase price specified on the website at the time that you place your order for a Product, along with any applicable shipping charges based on the shipping options selected by you. All amounts are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST (where applicable). Shipping charges will be displayed separately at checkout.
(b) We process online payments securely. You can pay for your Product using our accepted payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and Afterpay. Your payment will be processed immediately upon receipt of your order. 2. Cancellation of Orders
(a) We reserve the right to cancel an order that we have already accepted if we suspect fraudulent activity (such as the unauthorised use of a credit card) or a breach of these terms.
(b) While we endeavour to avoid pricing, stock display, and typographical errors, inadvertent mistakes do occur. We reserve the right to cancel an accepted order in such circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

If there is a delay in manufacturing or shipping your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. If a significant delay occurs, you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund.

3. Delivery
(a) We will normally dispatch your Product within 3 to 14 Business Days, unless a different production timeframe is specified in the individual Product description. Any delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates only, based on current transit data provided by our delivery carriers.
(b) Australia Post or our designated courier services will deliver the Product to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.
