Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Each item is made to order, and once production begins, an order cannot be cancelled or modified. We encourage you to choose your items carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our work. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or with a personalisation error made by us, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide your order number and photos of the item’s condition. If we have made an error or the product is faulty, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, and we will cover any necessary return shipping fees.
